This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are
handled for purchases made on NINI, a product operated by Unblinded and owned by Meenakshee Ratha.
- NINI is a digital learning product operated by Unblinded. By purchasing any paid plan, curriculum, subscription, lesson pack, or other digital offering on the Platform, you acknowledge that the service is delivered electronically and that access may begin immediately after successful payment.
- All payments made for digital products and services on the Platform are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.
- We do not ordinarily issue refunds for reasons including change of mind, lack of usage, accidental purchase by the user, dissatisfaction after access has been provided, failure to read the product description, incompatibility with personal preference, or cancellation after the billing period has started.
- Paid access on the Platform may be curriculum-specific. Purchase of one curriculum does not automatically grant access to another curriculum unless expressly stated.
- If your purchase is part of a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Such cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles. No full or partial refund will ordinarily be issued for the current billing period once it has started.
- A refund may be considered only in limited cases, at our sole discretion, such as: (a) duplicate payment for the same service, (b) a successful charge but failure to provide access due to a technical issue attributable to the Platform that is not resolved within a reasonable time, or (c) any other situation where refund is required under applicable law.
- To request review in such limited cases, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of the transaction and provide complete details including transaction reference, registered email address, and reason for the request.
- Refund requests falling outside the limited circumstances described above may be declined.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to payment partner and banking timelines.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in cases of abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or breach of our Terms. In such cases, the user shall not be entitled to any refund.
- Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law.
