These Terms of Use govern access to and use of NINI, a digital learning platform and related services operated by Unblinded.
NINI is a product operated under the trade name Unblinded by Meenakshee Ratha. References in these Terms to "we", "us", "our", or "Platform Owner" mean Unblinded. References to "Platform" mean the NINI website, digital content, subscriptions, and related services.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any other applicable policy posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should use the Platform only with the involvement or supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, purchase, and use of the Platform, and to keep such information updated where applicable.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
- The Platform offers digital educational content and related services. Any access granted, whether free or paid, may be limited by curriculum, plan type, duration, or feature restrictions as specified on the Platform.
- Paid access, subscriptions, and curriculum-specific plans are subject to the pricing, billing, renewal, and access details displayed at the time of purchase.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchase of access to one curriculum, class, or plan does not entitle you to access other curricula, classes, or plans.
- You agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase. All payments are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- You shall not share accounts in an unauthorised manner, resell access, distribute paid content, copy substantial parts of the Platform, attempt to reverse engineer the Platform, interfere with security, or use the Platform in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.
- The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, branding, layout, media, lessons, curriculum structure, software, and other materials, are proprietary to us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may use the Platform only for your personal, non-commercial educational use unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or that the Platform will always be error-free, secure, or suitable for every user or device.
- Educational content on the Platform is provided for learning and informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific academic outcome, score improvement, exam rank, or result.
- We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Platform at our discretion in cases including breach of these Terms, fraud, payment failure, chargeback abuse, misuse of content, security concerns, or legal necessity.
- We may modify, discontinue, update, or remove any feature, content, curriculum, price, or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
- The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties relating to availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or educational opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, service providers, officers, representatives, and employees against claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
- We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
